Automated Dialing: Mike designed then managed development team and deploying custom software for corporate clients. A LAMP software system supporting large databases of corporate share holders (multi-millions rows) who are being called for the purpose of voting their corporate shares in annual or special meetings. Adaptive to small projects (10~50 agents) and large projects (50~ 500 agents) using both standard call center environment and work-from-home agent populations. Includes screens for managing campaign list-building, agent management, agent-productivity monitoring as well as actual call, disposition, voting, and physical telecommunications activities. The system is expandable to coordinate multiple call centers, distributed agent-populations and telecommunications to thousands of simultaneous call capacity (inbound and outbound).
